All payments made for healing sessions, consultations, workshops, courses, or digital services are generally non-refundable, as our services involve time reservation, energy preparation, and personalized attention.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances: if a session or program is cancelled by us and no suitable reschedule is possible, you will be eligible for a full refund; if a technical issue from our side prevents delivery of an online service, a refund or reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Clients may request to reschedule a booked session by informing us at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

For prepaid packages, workshops, masterclasses, or programs, no refunds will be issued once the program has started, materials have been shared, or access has been granted. However, transfer of booking to another person may be allowed with prior written approval.

All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [7–10] business days, depending on the payment provider.
